Ronald M. Allen has been delivering talks since his mountain climbing days at the ripe age of 18. He has presented, coached and instructed employees and management in the Interior Design, Mortgage Banking/Banking and Telemarketing/Customer Service industries which have led him to speak in four countries on three continents. Ronald has been written about in the industry publication Sharing Ideas, magazine. He has appeared in the Bergen Times, heard on WNWR 1540 AM, Philadelphia, Our Neighborhood cable Mind TV and WIBG & WDAS 1480 AM Ronald has written three books; ‘Life Cycles – 113 Quotes To Guide Your Daily Decisions’, ‘13 Steps to Positive Change, There is No Fourteenth Floor’, and ‘My Castle, My Jail!, Homeownership Has Never Been Easier to Lose! The Changing Landscape of the American Dream’. Ronald is now in the process of completing 13 booklets entitled ‘Behavioral Gambits for Life’. He is also developing an action-guide for his fast-start program on getting results from the creative side 'In You'. He provides Mentorship, Coaching and Consulting services for individuals and firms that want to draw upon the creative assets of their employees to help them achieve and maintain their desired levels of effectiveness. Ronald graduated from Prior Park College, Bath, England in 1975 with Commerce and Art majors. Immigrating to the States in 1988 and he personally secured his citizenship to the United States on May 19, 2000. He is married to Miriam Anderson-Allen and they reside in Burlington County, New Jersey with their two tropical birds (of which Peak precedes the start of their relationship) and three dogs, Sergeant, a Great Dane, Cookie, a Cane Cores and Ginger, the mutt of the family.
